1. Vision
For one week, RCCG Radio will be more than a station — it will be the trusted voice of the Convention: informing, inspiring and connecting worshippers on the camp and around the world. Where the main programme gathers people in one place, radio carries the Convention to everyone who cannot be there, and gives those on the ground a companion through every hour of the day.
This plan adapts the spirit of the wider Convention vision into a radio-first strategy. It is built on continuous, professional programming that turns the camp's activities into compelling on-air content, captures the testimonies of a generation of mountain movers, and points every listener back to the live broadcast on Mixlr and YouTube.
2. Objectives
- Keep listeners informed — timely, reliable updates for over a million attendees.
- Encourage participation — draw the audience into the quiz, check-ins, prayer wall, testimonies and games on this site.
- Capture testimonies — preserve life-changing stories under the Mountain Movers theme.
- Reach beyond the camp — broadcast to those who cannot attend physically.
- Showcase departments — celebrate every team that makes Convention possible.
- Drive the platforms — grow live listenership on Mixlr and YouTube (@RCCGLIVE) all week.
3. Daily On-Air Structure
Each Convention day follows a steady rhythm so listeners always know what to expect. The morning informs and teaches; the afternoon engages and captures voices; the evening recaps and hands over to the live main programme.

6. Audience Participation (this website)
On-air presenters point listeners to the Mountain Movers activity site, where the audience earns points and climbs the live leaderboard:
- Quiz — 15 shuffled questions across four difficulty levels and four topics.
- Games — Word Climb and the Seven Mountains of Influence challenge.
- Venue check-ins, 60 Seconds of Impact, Prayer Wall and Testimonies.
- Live leaderboard — names climb as listeners participate, mentioned on air to drive engagement.
7. Production Checklist
Spiritual
Pray for the assignment; study the theme and scriptures; agree as a team daily before going on air.
Editorial
Research guests in advance; prepare 2–4 sharp questions per interview; learn correct pronunciation of names.
Technical
Test mics, lapel mics and headphones; carry spare batteries and power banks; keep SD/memory cards organised; pre-record cubicle sessions so live programmes are never disrupted.
Set & Presentation
Properly propped Red Carpet / cubicle with a clean branded backdrop; presenters camera- and air-ready; consistent look across the week.
Personal
Stay hydrated, eat well and rest; carry ID, charger, water and essentials; dress with excellence and modesty.
Backup & Records
Export the leaderboard and bulletin daily; back up recorded interviews; log content aired for the post-Convention podcast.
